Welcome to Theraviva, dedicated to senior resort retreats and related offerings. The following terms apply to use of services, access to info products, and purchase of goods via Theraviva in 2025.

1. General Information

These terms govern your engagement with Theraviva at theraviva.vip. Our address is 8 Marina View, #12-01 Asia Square Tower 1, Singapore 018960. Our contact number is +6581164595. Business ID: S9754594A.

By using any part of our platform or services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our offerings.

2. Services: Senior Resort Retreats

Theraviva offers curated senior resort retreat packages. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You may request a change in booking date or resort location up to 30 days prior to the start date, subject to availability and potential supplementary charges.

All service fees are final once the retreat begins. If you need to cancel more than 45 days before the start date, a full reimbursement of fees paid is available. Cancellations made between 30 and 45 days before the start date qualify for a 50% reimbursement. Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are not eligible for any reimbursement, due to commitments to property partners and staff allocations.

2.1 Transfer Option

You may transfer your booking to another person or future retreat of equal or lesser value if done at least 30 days before the original start date. All transfer requests are subject to a processing fee of SGD 100.

3. Info Products

Theraviva info products include digital guides, videos, and interactive materials related to senior wellness and resort planning. Upon purchase, you will receive access credentials. Purchases are final, but you may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of access delivery if you have not downloaded or streamed more than 10% of the content.

4. Goods

Our curated selection of merchandise and printed guides are subject to shipment terms. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days. We will at our discretion send a replacement or issue a reimbursement of the item cost. For reimbursement, we will process the amount paid back to your original method within 14 business days after confirmation of damage. Unopened items may be interactiond or reimbursed within 30 days of receipt, at our discretion.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees must be settled before access to services, products, or goods is granted. We accept major payment methods displayed at checkout. Any additional charges by your payment provider are your responsibility.

7. Amendments

Theraviva may revise these terms at any time with reasonable notice posted on theraviva.vip. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
